    A long walk in the Chilterns

    This 16-mile circular walk starts at the National Trust Watlington Hill site. It drops down and along the Chilterns Escarpment then climbs back into the hills. Here you visit pretty hamlets and villages, and the Stonor and Wormsley estates. You also enjoy remote and unspoiled countryside and woodland. The walk is challenging but hugely rewarding.

    Heathrow Airport

    Heathrow is the busiest airport in the UK. With it being situated only 40 minutes from the Heart of the Chilterns, it is the ideal place to fly into if you want to see everything the Chilterns has to offer. Our taxi partner, Kingshill Cars, would be able to transfer you for a set price.

    Booker Airfield

    Wycombe Air Park, more commonly known as Booker Airfield, is the home of leisure flying in the Chilterns. They house over 200 aircraft for both club members and members of the public, including gliders, roatery wing aircraft, and vintage aircraft such as Tiger Moths. They also have an on-site cafe, which is the best place to meet with friends and family and watch aircraft take-off and land.
